Comparative Analysis of Wholesale Tomato Prices in Poland as of March 19, 2025

• In this report, we will analyze the tomato prices across different wholesale markets in Poland, based on the latest available data. As of March 19, 2025, at the Bronisze market in Warsaw, we see a stable price range for imported cocktail tomatoes between €2.72 and €3.98 per kilogram, with no significant change in pricing. Similarly, imported regular tomatoes are priced between €1.10 and €2.93 per kilogram, remaining stable as well. Rose tomatoes at this market have a higher price range, between €3.77 and €5.03 per kilogram, also showing no fluctuation.
  
• At the Poznan WGRO market, dated March 17, 2025, rose tomatoes are sold in 6 kg units, with prices ranging from €25.13 to €29.32, which translates to approximately €4.19 to €4.89 per kilogram, with prices stable. Greenhouse tomatoes, also sold in 6 kg units, have seen a significant price increase of 31.3%, now priced between €10.47 and €11.52 for 6 kg, or approximately €1.75 to €1.92 per kilogram. Plum tomatoes, also sold in 6 kg units, exhibit a substantial price hike of 54.6%, with prices now ranging from €16.75 to €18.85, equating to €2.79 to €3.14 per kilogram.
  
• Moving to the Renk market in Gdansk, as of March 18, 2025, standard tomatoes are priced between €1.47 and €2.51 per kilogram, marking a 5.6% increase. Rose tomatoes show a significant price range increase of 39.3%, now priced between €2.93 and €5.24 per kilogram.
