• In the latest analysis of carrot prices in various wholesale markets across Poland, significant differences have been observed, particularly between local and imported products. As of January 14, 2025, at the Bronisze market in Warsaw, local carrots are priced between 0.34 and 0.46 EUR per kilogram, with a notable increase of 5.6% compared to previous listings. In comparison, imported carrots at the same market are slightly higher, ranging from 0.41 to 0.49 EUR per kilogram, marking an increase of 7.5%.
  
• Moving to the WGRO market in Poznan, local carrots, priced as low as 3.14 to 3.56 EUR per 10 kilograms, translate into 0.314 to 0.356 EUR per kilogram. This market has recorded a substantial price increase of 28.0% from earlier data. No data for imported carrots was available for this location.
  
• At the Targpiast market in Wroclaw as of January 13, 2025, local carrots present a stable price range of 0.31 to 0.42 EUR per kilogram, showing no change from previous prices.
