The volume of raspberries available from field production has temporarily decreased following a period of extreme heat, which negatively affected yield and harvest continuity. This supply gap has resulted in higher prices compared to previous weeks and a shift in market dominance toward tunnel-grown fruit, which is less sensitive to weather fluctuations.

Demand for raspberries remains strong, but many market stallholders and bazaar vendors reduced their operations during the hottest days, causing some instability in trade activity. Despite this, buyer interest is recovering as temperatures moderate.
