Warsaw region: Onion prices stable, new harvest expands supply

Young white onions were quoted at €0.81–1.16/kg (3.5–5 PLN/kg), while white sweet and garlic onions reached €0.93–1.63/kg (4–7 PLN/kg). Red onions were available at €0.47–1.16/kg (2–5 PLN/kg). Onions with green tops (ze szczypiorem) sold for €0.35–0.47 per bunch (1.5–2 PLN/pęczek).

Market participants report stable demand for onions, with supply increasing as the main harvest continues across Poland. No significant disruptions in availability have been noted.
