W eksportze peruwiańskich karczochów w lutym tego roku odnotowano spadek w porównaniu do tego samego miesiąca poprzedniego roku. W lutym 2025 roku Peru wyeksportowało 3 002 ton karczochów o wartości 7,62 miliona dolarów. Stanowi to o 0,2% mniej pod względem objętości i o 15,4% mniej pod względem wartości niż w lutym 2024 roku, co jest wynikiem spadku eksportu.
