- The latest data from the Polish wholesale markets reveal stable prices for various cabbage varieties.
In Warsaw's Bronisze market, white cabbage is priced between 0.15 and 0.18 EUR per kilogram, with no change in price.
Red cabbage is offered at prices ranging from 0.15 to 0.21 EUR per kilogram, also showing no change.
Sauerkraut is available for prices between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kilogram, with stability in pricing.
Chinese cabbage is marked between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kilogram, with no variation.
Savoy cabbage is priced from 0.63 to 0.84 EUR per kilogram, maintaining the same levels. - At the Wroclaw Targpiast, white cabbage is priced between 0.17 and 0.21 EUR per kilogram.
Red cabbage ranges from 0.21 to 0.31 EUR per kilogram, with pricing steady.
Sauerkraut costs between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR per kilogram, also showing no change.
Chinese cabbage has seen a price increase of 5.6%, now ranging between 0.84 and 1.15 EUR per kilogram.
Domestically sourced savoy cabbage is priced between 1.47 and 1.78 EUR per piece, with no change noted. - In Kalisz at Gielda Kaliska, domestically produced white cabbage has seen a rise in price by 20.0%, now between 0.17 and 0.21 EUR per kilogram.
Red cabbage from domestic sources rose by 33.3%, priced at a uniform 0.25 EUR per kilogram.
Chinese cabbage domestically sourced has increased by 6.7%, now priced at 0.84 EUR per kilogram.
Pointed cabbage, also domestically sourced, has seen a 7.7% rise, priced at 0.73 EUR per piece.
Meanwhile, the price for domestically sourced savoy cabbage remains consistent at 0.84 EUR per piece.
