- In Warsaw at the Bronisze wholesale market, the price of white cabbage on January 23rd, 2026 ranged from €0.15 to €0.18 per kilogram, with no recorded price change from the previous listing. Similarly, red cabbage was priced between €0.15 and €0.21 per kilogram without any price fluctuation. Sauerkraut was being sold for prices ranging from €0.84 to €1.05 per kilogram, also showing stability in prices. Chinese cabbage prices remained stable as well, ranging from €0.84 to €1.05 per kilogram. Lastly, savoy cabbage was available for €0.63 to €0.84 per kilogram with no changes in pricing.
- At the Rzeszow Agrohurt market, the price of cabbage was noted at €0.31 to €0.42 per kilogram as of January 23rd, 2026, with a steady price trend. Prices for brussels sprouts cabbage ranged from €1.88 to €2.09 per kilogram, reflecting stability. Red cabbage prices were recorded between €0.42 and €0.52 per kilogram without any changes. Sauerkraut, sold by the bucket of 10 kilograms, was priced at €10.47 to €11.52, translating to approximately €1.05 to €1.15 per kilogram. The price of Chinese cabbage, sold per piece, was from €1.05 to €1.26, with no change. Savoy cabbage was available at €1.68 to €1.88 per piece, maintaining a stable price.
- In Kalisz at the Gielda Kaliska market, the price for white domestic cabbage on January 23rd, 2026 was noted to range from €0.15 to €0.17 per kilogram, showing no change. Red domestic cabbage experienced a price increase of 5.9%, bringing its price to €0.19 per kilogram. Cabbage in general was priced at €0.73 per kilogram, with stable pricing. The price of domestic Chinese cabbage decreased by 6.7%, now ranging from €0.63 to €0.84 per kilogram. Domestic savoy cabbage per piece maintained its price at €0.84 without changes.
