A family-owned carrot farm in the UK is currently harvesting approximately 150 tons of carrots per day, seven days a week, in order to meet the seasonal demand leading up to Christmas. Poskitts, located in Kellington, North Yorkshire, aims to supply around one million bags of carrots to supermarkets across the country.
