D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that it acted as the sole financial advisor to I Love Produce, LLC ("I Love Produce") in a $105 million debt refinancing and capital raise to facilitate the acquisitions of Canada Garlic and Garlic King, as well as future acquisitions (the "Financing").
