Peruvian fresh ginger faced challenges at the beginning of the year, with a decline in export values during January and February. However, there was a turnaround in March, with a total of 2,671 tons of ginger exported, valued at $5.74 million. This represents a 30% increase in volume and a 17% increase in value compared to the same month in 2024.
