Since its approval in 2023, the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) "Cebolla de La Mancha" has been experiencing continuous growth in terms of both certified volume and recognition among producers, marketers, and national and international markets. In its first year, around 800,000 kilos of onions were certified.
