- The wholesale market in Warsaw (Bronisze) shows a significant increase in onion prices as of June 10, 2025. Regular onions are priced between 0.68 EUR and 0.84 EUR per kg, reflecting a significant increase of 85.9%. White sugar onions and garlic are priced between 0.84 EUR and 1.05 EUR per kg with no change in price. Early white onions range from 0.73 EUR to 0.89 EUR per kg, while red onions are priced from 0.84 EUR to 0.99 EUR per kg, both showing no change. Spring onions are priced between 0.39 EUR and 0.46 EUR per bunch, with no change noted.
- In Poznan (WGRO), as of June 9, 2025, white onions are priced at 0.75 EUR to 0.84 EUR per kg. Early peeled white onions cost between 0.92 EUR and 1.05 EUR per kg. Peeled white onions are priced at 0.57 EUR to 0.63 EUR per kg. White onions with husks range from 0.23 EUR to 0.31 EUR per kg. Red onions with husks are priced between 0.59 EUR and 0.88 EUR per kg. Spring onions are priced at 0.34 EUR per bunch, with a price range of 0.34 EUR to 0.34 EUR for 10 bunches. Yellow onions are priced between 0.31 EUR and 0.36 EUR per kg.
