From January to July 2025, Azerbaijan exported 70,830 tonnes of potatoes, valued at USD 28.1 million, according to the State Statistics Committee. Compared to the same period in 2024, exports grew by 47% in volume and 37% in value. The main export destination was Russia, receiving 59,376 tonnes valued at USD 22.7 million, which represents a 40% increase.
