Schleswig-Holstein: 28 percent of the vegetable cultivation area is organic
In Schleswig-Holstein, vegetables were grown according to organic standards on around 28 % (1,914 ha) of the total outdoor vegetable cultivation area in 2022. This means that the organic vegetable cultivation area was at the level of the previous year (2021: 1,913 ha).
