Bio Suisse says no to new genetic engineering
At their spring meeting, the delegates of Bio Suisse passed a resolution to reinforce one of the principles of organic agriculture: the new genetic engineering methods also have no place on organic farms. The association demands that the moratorium on genetic engineering be extended. The delegates also elected Rahel Beglinger-Urner (Mollis, GL) to the board.
