The meeting planning process begins a week before the event. The organizers will contact participants and buyers to schedule meetings, with the order of appointments planned based on the registration date. Participants will receive information about their meetings and schedule via email.
How long are the meetings with buyers?
Each meeting with representatives of retail chains lasts about 10 minutes. Be prepared to present your offer effectively – have business cards and detailed product information on hand. If possible, bring samples of your products for the buyers to see.
