Freshfel Europe: There is still a long way to go before the WHO consumption recommendations are reached
This year's edition of the Freshfel Europe Consumer Monitor shows that average O+G consumption in the EU rose to 364.58 g/day/capita in 2021, up 2.19% from 2020 and 1.27% above the average of the past five years. However, this is still almost 10% below the WHO recommended minimum of 400 g/day/capita.
