Wholesale raspberry prices in Poland remain highly volatile, with slow supply growth and farm-gate prices for processing raspberries reaching €2.1–2.8/kg in mid-June. Early harvests are limited and yields are expected to be 40–50% of normal in key regions.

At the Bronisze wholesale market near Warsaw, raspberry prices showed significant volatility in the third week of June 2026. Prices dropped to about €7.0/kg (30 PLN/kg) but rebounded to around €9.3/kg (40 PLN/kg) after heavy rainfall in recent days. The increase in price followed a temporary reduction in supply caused by weather conditions, as reported by traders. Supply of domestic raspberries is increasing slowly, and the market remains unstable.

Farm-gate prices for industrial raspberries in the Kraśnik and Opole areas, eastern Poland, started at €2.1/kg (9.00 PLN/kg) for second class and €2.8/kg (12.00 PLN/kg) for extra class fruit delivered in 3-kg containers in mid-June. These prices have not fallen below €2.1/kg so far this season. The first, symbolic quantities of field-grown raspberries reached small processing plants in the week of June 17–22, but full-scale harvest has not yet begun.

Growers and processors report that most plantations in the Kraśnik region are in poor condition following spring frosts and drought. Experts and local producers expect overall yields to reach only 40–50% of a typical year. The low harvest is expected to impact the availability of both dessert and processing raspberries on the market.

Demand from buyers and processors is cautious, with market participants closely monitoring developments in Ukraine and Serbia, which influence Polish trade. Reports indicate that Serbian farm-gate prices for raspberries started at the equivalent of about €4.0/kg (17 PLN/kg), but Polish processing plants are not directly matching these levels due to different fruit quality and market positioning.

On the supply side, tunnel-grown raspberries are already being harvested, but fungal diseases affecting fruit appearance have been reported due to high humidity, impacting quality and marketability. Rainfall has further slowed the increase in supply, and there is concern among traders about the speed at which the industrial raspberry season will end, following the rapid end to the strawberry season.
