AM Fresh gets 'green light' to finalise purchase of IFG
AM Fresh has received the green light from the European Commission for the acquisition of International Fruit Genetics LLC (IFG), the Californian company with which it reached an agreement valued at 1.6 billion in 2022. In this way, the Murcia-born agricultural titan hopes to finally complete this operation and continue to make progress on its roadmap, which it hopes will take it to 3 billion euros.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
