The Spanish apricot harvest is up 52%.
Europe has seen some frosts in Greece and northern Italy and has been affected by the lack of cold hours during the winter, which has caused an overall drop of 7% in the apricot crop forecast compared to last season, with some 500,000 tonnes forecast, and also 7% below the average of recent years.
