Destatis: Harvest quantities for strawberries and asparagus significantly decreasing

As the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) further reports, this would be the lowest harvest volume since 1995 (68,800 t). The currently estimated strawberry harvest in open fields is therefore 4% below the already very low strawberry harvest of 2024, which was 78,600 t, and falls below the average.
