Artichoke star product at Salón Gourmets and protagonist in Tudela
Artichokes have been the main protagonists of the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets, the number one quality food and beverage fair in Europe and one of the most prestigious benchmarks in the world, which closes today in Ifema, Madrid. More than one hundred thousand attendees, according to figures from the organisers, had the opportunity to enjoy the different products on show for four days.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
