Shipments of pomegranates from Israel to the U.S. are well underway. "We have already received several shipments this year," says Todd Kostka, import sales manager at John Vena Inc. "Compared to last year, we started a bit earlier, and this year's shipments are ahead of schedule. California's season ended earlier last year."
