As California reaches the latter part of its table grape season, it is estimated that there are between 25 to 30 million cases of grapes left to be shipped. "The supply is depleting faster than we had expected," says Stephen Harmer of Grapeman Farms. This is especially true in the green grape market, which is experiencing a growing demand.
