WAPA has published an updated estimate of pear stocks. As for the European Union countries, stocks of this fruit, as of 1 January 2021, amounted to 756,710 tonnes. The vast majority of these stocks, 529,920 tonnes, are Conference pears. A month earlier, the volume of pear stocks was estimated at 899,464 tonnes.

New domestic tomato season takes off in Poland

A new season of domestic greenhouse tomatoes (round red) is starting slightly earlier than a year ago. As far as raspberry tomatoes from Polish glasshouses are concerned, they are available all year round, but in December and January, the supply decreases noticeably.
