Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd sign long-term collaboration deal

Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd have signed an agreement for a new long-term operational collaboration. Starting from February 2025, called Gemini Cooperation will have a fleet pool of around 290 ships with a combined capacity of 3.4m TEUs, with Maersk deploying 60 per cent and Hapag-Lloyd 40 per cent.
