Germany: Mushroom harvest down by six percent in 2022
The mushroom harvest in Germany last year totalled 76,100 tonnes. According to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), this was 6% less than in the previous year. Nevertheless, it was the third largest harvest since the edible mushroom harvest was recorded in 2012, after 2021 and 2020.
