"We have recently launched the production of substrate for Cardoncelli mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii), an agri-industrial process that will be completed by June. The substrates will not only be supplied to our farmers starting from August, but will also be cultivated in our own facilities," says Filippo Lupo.
