As part of the added value strategy, the Swiss Mushroom Producers Association (VSP) developed the grass-paper tray in cooperation with Coop. From now on, the packaging trays of Swiss organic mushrooms brown 225 g as well as Swiss organic mushrooms white 225 g, will be continuously changed to 100 % grass-paper trays in Coop sales outlets.
