Mjko GmbH (formerly Weiße Köpfe), a company based in Lower Saxony, has expanded its Hoheging site to include a new mushroom farm. With a total of seven sites in Germany, Mjko GmbH supplies organic and button mushrooms to retailers and organic food stores throughout the country. The latest expansion was aimed at increasing production capacity and meeting the growing demand for their products.
