The harvest quantity of Shiitake mushrooms increased significantly in 2024. In total, six farms harvested around 251 tons of Shiitake on an area of 2.2 hectares. In 2023, also six farms harvested around 161 tons on 2 hectares. This represents an increase of nearly 56%.
