At one point (end of February this year), the fall in their prices was so dynamic that the average price at the large wholesaler was at a level lower than in the corresponding period in the five previous seasons. read more

The latest available WAPA data on apple stocks is as of 1 February 2021. For the Gala variety, the estimate is 326,000 tonnes in EU countries. The last week of February this year brought a fall in domestic greenhouse cucumber prices. The new season for these vegetables in Polish greenhouses has only recently begun, but the very warm weather of the past few days has clearly accelerated vegetation and the supply of Polish cucumbers has increased by leaps and bounds, with prices following suit. read more
