Agricultural consortia are now subject to the same social security regime as cooperatives

A revolution of no small importance for the fruit and vegetable sector: with a ruling on 23 February 2024, the Supreme Court of Cassation put an end to the long-standing issue of the social security classification of consortium joint stock companies.
