Elefante Green Gold is the brand name of Elefante Farms' Sugar Loaf pineapple. It is an ultra-rare variety of pineapple. “It’s unique in the sense that it is perfectly ripe even when green on the outside and has a soft white flesh compared to the typical yellow flesh commonly found in pineapples,” Kingsley, one of the founders of Elefante Farms says.
