Fruit and vegetable price trends in Italy as at 25 September
The new persimmon and chestnut campaign has started, onions are still on record prices while Italian lettuces continue to fall. New apple varieties continue to arrive in the markets, most recently the Stark Delicious. For plums, the latest entry is the Angeleno. The Vittoria seedless table grape variety is about to arrive.
