Smaller pineapple sizing due to Costa Rican weather
The supply of pineapples from Costa Rica currently is down. “It’s primarily affecting the larger sizes--specifically sizes 5 and 6,” says Greg Samels, senior business development manager for London Fruit, who notes though that even less fruit was available at this time of the season last year.
