Polish apple growers have had to contend with spring frosts during the nights, according to Mohamed Marawan, the owner of the Polish apple exporter Sarafruit. He stated, "The weather in Poland has been warm during the day over the last week, but it's the frosty nights that have caused some damage to certain areas with apple orchards."
