Ukraine’s blueberry exports surpass apples in export value in 2023
EastFruitanalysts report that in 2023, Ukraine’s fresh blueberry exports generated a record-breaking $16.5 million USD, surpassing apples in export profitability for the first time. Apple exports yielded $14.1 million USD in the same timeframe. Currently, blueberries rank third in annual revenue within the fruit category, trailing only behind walnuts and frozen berries and fruits.
