California's stone fruit harvest is experiencing above-average Brix levels.

Just like many other products in California this year, stone fruit is also experiencing an early start to the season. "On average, apricots, peaches, and nectarines are about 10 days to two weeks earlier than usual, while plums and plumcots are about two to three weeks ahead," says Chad Allred from Kingsburg.
