Avocado producers in the Bay of Plenty assess damage from extreme winds

Brad Siebert, CEO of NZ Avocado, stated that these are some of the worst conditions producers in the region have experienced in decades. While the full extent of the damages is still being assessed, producers are expecting some fruit losses and downgrades.
