Mexico sets Guinness record with 6.8-ton bowl of guacamole

The Mexican avocado industry has set a new Guinness World Record for the largest bowl of guacamole ever produced, reaching 6.8 tons, or 14,991 pounds, during the 13th annual Avocado Festival in Tancítaro. More than 1,000 growers and community members participated in preparing the guacamole.
