The value of fruit exports from Peru exceeded that of Chile from January to October 2025. According to Fresh Fruit, Peru's export value was over US$11.300 billion during this period, while Chile's was US$10.700 billion. In 2024, Peru exported agricultural goods worth US$12.300 billion, with fruit being a major component, while Chile exported US$13.100 billion, also with fruit as a dominant category.
