ProHass decreases its Hass avocado export forecast for 2023
The Hass Avocado Producers Association of Peru (ProHass), which in March had estimated the country would ship more than 630,000 tons of Hass avocado, has readjusted its Hass avocado production forecast for this campaign to 598,344 tons.
This is only 8% more than the 554,299 tons that Peru exported in 2022, it's well below the 14% that the union estimated up until a few months ago,
