Tresmares Capital takes a minority stake in Alcoaxarquía
Grupo Alcoaxarquía, a national leader in the marketing of avocados and other organic fruit, has given Tresmares Capital, an investment platform in Spain supported by Banco Santander, a stake in its capital.
José Antonio Alconchel, founder and CEO of the company, has focused his efforts over the years on turning the Group into a
specialist in avocado and other organic fruit.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
