Westfalia Fruit will showcase pioneering technologies at the upcoming Fruit Attraction trade fair in Madrid next month to demonstrate its commitment to sustainable agriculture. These technologies include avocado-based paper and packaging made from 25-30 per cent avocado waste, as well as a non-destructive fruit tester.
