An Ecuadorean banana supplier is looking to collect a debt from a company in St. Petersburg.

Ecuadorian banana exporter Frutadeli S.A. has filed for bankruptcy against the Russian wholesale fruit supplier Troya Import. The claim was submitted to the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region on March 30, due to an outstanding debt of $749,000 owed by the Russian company.
