This is what emerges from the data analysed by Agroter's Fruit and Vegetable Monitor, from which, over a five-year period, the volumes consumed by the various channels grew by a total of 30 points in volume against a 12% increase in prices. Particularly noteworthy is the exploit of 2023, which saw a decisive surge on the part of large-scale distribution.
