Belgian Competition Authority approves BelOrta/BFV merger
The Belgian Competition Authority (BMA) has given BelOrta's acquisition of the Belgische Fruitveiling (BFV) the go-ahead. On September 11, 2023, the BMA approved how much sole control BelOrta gains of BFV, they report.
In its decision, the BMA states that the conditions for applying the simplified procedure were met and that the notified concentration did not raise any objections.
