BerryWorld UK has announced that Paul Cole has retired after 21 years with the business. Paul Avery, who previously served as Commercial Director, took over as Managing Director starting from 1 April 2026. Paul Cole first joined the company in 2004 as an Account Manager and worked his way up to the position of Managing Director.
