The Moroccan blueberry season is starting slowly, with the initial early harvests shipped one to two weeks ago, as stated by Amine Bennani, president of the Moroccan Association of Soft Fruit Growers. Bennani also mentioned: "These are the new early varieties planted in Dakhla, a new production area."
